Mike Orr, FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Mike Orr serves as the Canon for Communications & Evangelism for the Episcopal Church in Colorado. Previously, he was the Director of Communications at Saint John’s Cathedral in Denver. He began his ministry in communications at Southeast Christian Church, a non-denominational church in the south suburbs of Denver.
In all areas of his ministry, he seeks opportunities to challenge “the way it’s always been done” by raising the level of creativity across all mediums of communication with the end result of relevant messaging and changed lives.

Ashley Graham-Wilcox, PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Ashley Graham-Wilcox (she/her) is an independent consultant specializing in church-related communications, leadership development, and events. Serving a number of Episcopal and ecumenical organizations, as well as an United Church of Christ congregation, Ashley wears All the Hats, including website and print designer, video and podcast creator, and facilitator, all with an eye towards intentionality and equity.
A certified administrator of the Intercultural Competency Inventory and a 2017-19 Episcopal Church Foundation Fellow, Ashley studied Advertising at Boston University, and is now based in Los Angeles, with her husband, a burgeoning tween, and their Dachshund.

katie clark, communications coordinator
In addition to her work with Caffeinated Church, Katie serves as the Parish Administrator for St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in Yarmouth, Maine. She has extensive experience in strategic communications, digital engagement, media relations, content development, executive leadership, and organizational oversight across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based settings.
Katie has served as Canon for Communications for the Episcopal Diocese of Maine and Communications Director for the Episcopal Church of New Hampshire. She is based in Maine, where she lives with her husband, twin daughters, and an increasingly opinionated collection of cats.
