Carol Bradsen

Carol Bradsen brings a background in ministry, journalism, and storytelling to the churches and communities she works with.

She began her career as a newspaper reporter and editor before moving into communications work with nonprofits and faith communities. Along the way, her work has taken many forms: campus ministry, chaplaincy with people experiencing homelessness, spiritual direction, and co-founding a spiritual young adult community that offered hospitality to recent immigrants. She is also a professed member of St. Hildegard’s Episcopal Community.

Carol earned a B.A. in Journalism from Oklahoma State University and an M.Div. from Episcopal Divinity School. Her professional training also includes certificates in UX Design and Frontend Web Development.

Outside of work, Carol and her wife, Kate, have three creative kids, two snuggly cats, and a friendly dog named Buddy. For their honeymoon, the couple spent three months traveling throughout the western United States, interviewing young adults about where they were finding life-giving community and spiritual practices—both inside and outside the church.
